ROLL CALL USKEGO Present: Alderpersons Wolfe, Terrence, Hammel, Kapusta, Schroeder, Kubacki, and Madden. Also present: City Attorney Warchol; Public Works and Development Director Kroeger; Public Works Superintendent Beilfuss, Utilities Superintendent Kloskowski, Finance & Administrative Director Mueller; and Deputy Clerk Roller. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE Deputy Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Alderperson Kubacki moved to approve. Alderperson Hammel seconded; motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Alderperson Madden moved to approve the Committee of the Whole Minutes from August 23, 2022. COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW Alderperson Kubacki stated that our number one resource in the City is our staff. Concerning the Operating Budget, he wants to see how the budget achieves certain goals which are staff retention and staff recognition. We need to ask ourselves if this budget achieves those goals.
