RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO VACATE A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
ON THE SOUTH END OF MADYSON COURT LOCATED IN THE SE'/4 OF SECTION 30
(ADJACENT TO TAX KEY NO. 2280.999.013 / MADYSON COURT)
WHEREAS, A request was submitted by Bryon Hrin of Hrin Investments for a Right -of -Way
Vacation located in the SE '/4 of Section 30 (Madyson Court / Adjacent to Tax Key No.
2280.999.013), and
WHEREAS, The section of right-of-way is currently under -improved and only contains a private
driveway and grass/field area, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works & Safety Committee reviewed with request and recommended
approval, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council require review of the vacation before official approvals can be
given, and
WHEREAS, The Community Development Department does not see any problems with the
requested vacation, especially since additional right-of-way is being dedicated on the opposite
side of the cul-du-sac bulb to provide a proper turn around area for a new road that is currently
under construction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves the Right -of -Way Vacation
located in the SE'/4 of Section 30 (Madyson Court / Adjacent to Tax Key No. 2280.999.013).
