RESOLUTION #073-2022
APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Henneberry
WHEREAS, A three-lot Certified Survey Map was submitted by Richard Henneberry for
the Henneberry Properties located at W192 S9561 Racine Avenue and W192 S9555
Racine Avenue (Tax Key Nos. 2273.998.003 & 2273.998.002); and
WHEREAS, This proposal is to split two existing lots into three lots; and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots are approximately 5.9, 4.0, and 4.9 acres in size; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 056-2022 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map submitted by Richard Henneberry to finalize a three-lot land
division for the Henneberry Properties located at W192 S9561 Racine Avenue and
W192 S9555 Racine Avenue subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 056-
2022.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment
of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City.
