Meyer Cond Use CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES APPROVED 7:00 PM Tuesday May 16, 2006 Muskego City Hall, Muskego Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue PUBLIC HEARING for a renewal of a Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for R.D. Meyer and Associates, Inc. for the purpose of operating a mini storage facility located in the NE ¼ of Section 2 (Tax Key No. 2165.998.012 / W145 S6550 Tess Corners Drive). ___________________________________________________________________________ __ PRESENT Mayor Damaske, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Simpson, Stinebaugh, Michalski, Plan Director Muenkel and Recording Secretary Asti. ABSENT Alderman Buckmaster Mayor Damaske declared the Public Hearing open at 7:05 p.m. Plan Director Muenkel stated that the Conditional Use Grant proposal is to construct a mini storage complex within the Tess Corners Industrial Park. Currently on the front of the property is a commercial building which is used for industrial purposes. Petitioner proposing to construct the mini storage units in the rear of the property. A Conditional Use Grant is a requirement for mini warehouses in the B-3 General Business zoning district. This proposal will not be discussed during the Plan Commission meeting as items on the site plan require changes. Mayor Damaske asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. No one came forward.
