PCM20060606 PH John Lang Cond Use CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES APPROVED 6:00 PM Tuesday June 6, 2006 Muskego City Hall, Muskego Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue PUBLIC HEARING for a Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the continued use of an existing two family dwelling within an existing building on the Lang property located in the NW ¼ of Section 28 (Tax Key No. 2270.999). ___________________________________________________________________________ __ PRESENT Mayor Damaske, Alderman Buckmaster, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Simpson, Stinebaugh, Plan Director Muenkel and Recording Secretary Asti. ABSENT Commissioner Michalski Mayor Damaske declared the Public Hearing open at 6:04 p.m. Plan Director Muenkel stated that the Conditional Use Grant proposal is to allow the continued use of an existing two family dwelling within an existing building on the Lang property. The property is zoned EA Exclusive Agricultural with an OD Duplex Overlay District. Mr. and Mrs. Lang have proposed to divide off the duplex from the large agricultural property. To do this, they need to rezone the lots to A, Agricultural. The Conditional Use Grant is required to continue the use of the two family residence. Mayor Damaske asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. No one came forward.
