PCM20050301PH Payne & Dolan CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES 7:00 PM Tuesday March 1, 2005 Muskego City Hall, Muskego Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue PUBLIC HEARING for a renewal of a Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for Payne & Dolan for the purpose of continued mining and processing of sand and gravel, and the extension of use of an asphalt plant at the NW corner of Crowbar Road and Janesville Road, in the NE ¼ and SE ¼ of Section 13. PRESENT Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Buckmaster, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Simpson, Stinebaugh, Michalski, Interim Plan Director Muenkel and Recording Secretary Asti. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:05 p.m. Interim Plan Director Muenkel stated that public hearing is an annual hearing to renew a conditional use for operation of mining and processing of sand and gravel. Payne & Dolan does not have a night-time operation schedule for 2005. However, when scheduled, past notification practices will be followed. Staff conducted a site inspection and found property to be well maintained. No complaints have been received in the Plan Department regarding this property. Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none. Mayor Slocomb stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business later this evening.
