PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES APPROVED

Public Hearing for an amendment to an existing Conditional Use Grant in accordance with
Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for Durham Hill Auto (f.k.a. Erdmann
Motors) for the purpose of the sales and service of vehicles, located in the NE ¼ of Section 25
(Tax Key No. 2257.982.002 / S98 W12578 Loomis Drive).
PRESENT
Mayor Slocomb, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Simpson, Stinebaugh, Michalski, Interim
Plan Director Muenkel and Recording Secretary Asti.
ABSENT
Alderman Buckmaster

Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:08 p.m.
Interim Plan Director Muenkel stated that there has been a Conditional Use Grant on this
property for quite some time. As of the middle of 2000, the Conditional Use Grant allowed
vehicles to be sold on property. In August , 2000 the former property owners requested that the
Conditional Use Grant be changed to allow only rental vehicles and service of vehicles on this
property.
The current owner wishes to have the Conditional Use Grant amended to remove the allowance
of rental vehicles and to allow for the sale of vehicles on property. The allowance for services
of vehicles would remain. Petitioner requesting to sell twenty-four vehicles on property within
approved parking stalls. Discussion will take place later this evening on the improved Building
Site and Operation Plan.
Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input
of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
Mayor Slocomb stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business
later this evening. There being no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
