PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES APPROVED

7:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING Upon petition of Diana Kuhtz and Sandra Del Pizzo be granted a
Conditional Use in accordance with section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for
the purpose of operating a Dog Day Care Facility at the property located in the NW ¼ of
Section 16 (Tax Key No. 2222.984.003).
PRESENT
Mayor Damaske, Alderman Buckmaster, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Simpson,
Stinebaugh, Interim Plan Director Muenkel and Recording Secretary Asti.
ABSENT
Commissioner Michalski
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Damaske declared the Public Hearing open at 7:01 p.m.
Interim Plan Director Muenkel stated that a resolution for this item will be discussed later in the
Plan Commission meeting. This Public Hearing is to allow the use of animal kenneling for a
doggy day care business located in the Industrial Park. A Public Hearing is required for a
Conditional Use Grant. The use of animal kenneling is allowed as a conditional use in the I-1
Industrial Zoning District. No comments or concerns have been received by the Plan
Department.
Mayor Damaske asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input
of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
Mayor Damaske adjourned the Public Hearing at 7:04 p.m.
