PCM20050719 PH BURBACK BLDRS CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES APPROVED 7:00 PM Tuesday July 19, 2005 Muskego City Hall, Muskego Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue 7:00 PM PUBLIC HEARING Upon petition of Burback Builders be granted a Conditional Use in accordance with section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of operating a commercial mini-warehouse and storage facility at the property located at W185 S8095 Racine Avenue (Tax Key No. 2221.016.001). PRESENT Mayor Damaske, Alderman Buckmaster, Commissioners Schaumberg, Simpson, Stinebaugh, Michalski, Associate Planner Trzebiatowski and Recording Secretary Asti. ABSENT Commissioner Hulbert Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Damaske declared the Public Hearing open at 7:01 p.m. Associate Planner Trzebiatowski stated that petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use Grant to construct and operate a mini-warehouse storage facility. The property is on Racine Avenue in the Industrial Park and the proposed structures will be located at the rear of the property. This is a permitted use in the zoning district with a Conditional Use Grant. Currently there is an office building on site and an existing accessory structure. The mini-warehouse units will be 100’ x 40’ and 200’ x 40’. This item will be discussed later in the Plan Commission meeting. Mayor Damaske asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
