PUBLIC HEARING for Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning
Ordinance for the operation of a day care facility for Leaps and Bounds Child Care, within the Muskego
Centre Planned Development District located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2192.970).
PRESENT
Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Buckmaster, Commissioners Hulbert, Schaumberg, Brodel,
Stinebaugh, Interim Plan Director Muenkel, Associate Planner Trzebiatowski and Recording
Secretary Asti.
ABSENT
Commissioner Michalski
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:49 p.m.
Interim Plan Director Muenkel stated that petitioner is requesting to operate a day care center,
known as Leaps and Bounds, located in the Muskego Centre. The Leaps and Bounds facility
is permitted by conditional use grant. The Building Site and Operation Plan will be discussed in
detail at the regular Plan Commission meeting following this Public Hearing. The proposal does
meet all code requirements. Interim Director Muenkel stated this matter would be discussed at
the Plan Commission Meeting under New Business later this evening.
Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input
of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
There being no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
