PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
May 6, 2003
Muskego City Hall, Muskego Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue
To consider the petition by George Alex and Robert Jacob for the grant of a Conditional
Use for mini-warehouse and storage at the property commonly known as W125 S9912
North Cape Road (Tax Key No. 2260.999).
PRESENT
Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Madden, Commissioners Schaumberg, Brodel, Stinebaugh,
Michalski, Plan Director Turk and Recording Secretary Asti.
ABSENT
Commissioner Hulbert
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:00 p.m.
Plan Director Turk stated that petitioner is proposing to construct a 6,900 square foot mini-
warehouse on this site. This proposal conforms to the dimensional requirements of this zoning
district. A Conditional Use Grant is required to allow this use. Petitioner and staff have met to
discuss the outstanding issues. Petitioner has indicated that the landscaping changes
suggested by the City Forester will be addressed. Security lighting and fencing will also be
addressed. The gravel access drive will be removed and new driveway will be relocated with a
cross access easement to the utility building. The ten outstanding Engineering issues have
been addressed and resubmital will be going to Public Works.
Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input
of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
Mayor Slocomb stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business
later this evening. There being no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
