PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
May 7, 2002

PUBLIC HEARING for An amendment to a Conditional Use in accordance with Section
6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of expanding used auto
sales on the property commonly known as W179 S7714-16 Pioneer Drive, identified as
Tax Key No. MSKC 2196.989.
PRESENT: Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Le Doux, Commissioners Schaumberg, Brodel,
Stinebaugh, Plan Director Turk and Recording Secretary Asti.
ABSENT: Commissioner Hulbert
Mayor Slocomb reported that the meeting was properly noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:00 p.m.
Plan Director Turk stated that Mr. Holtz is doing business as Muskego Auto Sales LLC.
Petitioner is requesting approval to display 12 vehicles within the front parking area, and 6
additional vehicles to be parked in the rear of the building. Petitioner has submitted detailed
drawings to scale of proposed use of property. After reviewing the drawings, the Plan Staff
feels that all issues of concern have been addressed.
Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input
of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
Mayor Slocomb stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under Old Business For
Consideration later this evening. There being no further questions or comments, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
