PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES-SPECIAL MEETING
6:50 PM - July 9, 2002
Muskego City Hall, Alderman’s Room, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue
Mayor Slocomb called the meeting to order at 6:53 p.m.
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENT
Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Le Doux, Commissioners Brodel, Stinebaugh, Plan Director Turk
and Recording Secretary Asti.
ABSENT
Commissioners Hulbert, Michalski and Schaumberg
Mayor Slocomb noted that the meeting was properly noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION .
RESOLUTION #PC 095-2002 – Approval of a condominium plat for Parkridge
condominiums located in the SW ¼ of Section 10 (Tax Key No. 2198.121 / Jacob Court). This
resolution was read by title only. Commissioner Brodel made a motion to approve. Alderman
Le Doux seconded. Petitioner proposing to divide existing eight family building into
condominiums. Proposal meets all zoning code requirements. Plan Director Turk noted that
this issue was discussed under Miscellaneous Business at the July 2, 2002 Plan Commission
meeting. Upon a roll call vote, Resolution #P.C. 095-2002 was Adopted unanimously.

None
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Stinebaugh made a motion to adjourn at 6:54 p.m. Alderman Le Doux
seconded. Upon a voice vote, motion carried. With no further business to come before the
Commission, the meeting was adjourned.
