PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Chapter 17:6.03 to consider the approval of a Conditional Use

Secretary Asti reported that the meeting was properly noticed in accordance with the Open

Mayor De Angelis declared the Public Hearing open at 7:00 p.m.
Assistant Plan Director Wolff stated that petitioner received conceptual approval to relocate
existing operation from the Industrial Park to the Lakewood Development property. No sale or
service will be conducted outside the confines of the building and all doors are to remain
closed during servicing of machines. Due to limited outdoor display area, previous approval of
not more than two machines to be displayed should apply. The Conditional Use should
include restrictions on placement of banners, pennants, and temporary signs. No trailers or
products should be parked on premises except in enclosed storage area.
Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioner if he wished to speak on this matter. Mr. Gara had
nothing to add.
Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their
comments or concerns.
Mr. Render Spencer, W189 S7667 Circle Drive, stated he is not in favor of mixing commercial
development with residential development. Mr. Spencer feels that this facility will increase
traffic and that noise will be a problem.
Mr. Tom Berg, owner of the Muskego Centre, is in favor of this proposal however, would like to
see the plan of operation. Mr. Berg has a concern with fencing and outdoor storage.
Mayor De Angelis stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business
later this evening. There being no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Sandra S. Asti
