PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amendment to an existing Conditional Use granted in
accordance with Section 6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for Erdmann Motors for
the purpose of vehicle sales, located in the NE ¼ of Section 25 (Tax Key No. 2260.999).
Present: Acting Mayor Slocomb, Alderman Chiaverotti, Commissioners Gummer, Schaumberg, Brodel,
Plan Director Turk, City Engineer McMullen, Assistant Plan Director Wolff and Recording Secretary Asti.
Absent: Mayor De Angelis, Commissioners Hulbert and Smith.
Secretary Asti reported that the meeting was properly noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Acting Mayor Slocomb declared the Public Hearing open at 7:00 p.m.
Plan Director Turk stated that prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing the petitioner handed out a
sketch of the property. Discussion ensued wherein the submittal needs to be more detailed regarding
landscaping and drainage. If corrected submittals are received, this item will be on the August 1, 2000
Plan Commission meeting.
Acting Mayor Slocomb asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of
concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
There being no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
