PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD DECEMBER 07, 1999, 6:50 p.m.
Upon the petition of Mr. Kurt Hider for a Conditional Use in accordance with Section
6.03 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of operating a vehicle
service and repair establishment on the Goetzinger property located in the NE ¼ of
Section 10 (Tax Key No. 2198.949 / S73 W16485 Janesville Road)
Present were: Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioners, Smith, Brodel,
Hulbert, Plan Director Turk, and Recording Secretary Asti.
Absent: Commissioners Gummer and Schaumberg
Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the
Open Meeting Law.
Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 6:55 p.m.
Plan Director Turk stated that petitioner proposing to conduct automobile service
facility. Proposed use permitted with a conditional use grant. Conceptual approval was
granted by Resolution #P.C. 129-99. Facility will be located in the center and rear
portion of building and direct access to screened storage area. Petitioner has no plans
for exterior site improvements at this time. Parking will be in existing parking lot to
north of building. Signage will be located on existing multi-tenant sign.
Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioner if he wished to speak on this matter. Mr. Hider
had nothing to add.
Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with
their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none.
Mayor De Angelis stated this matter would be heard through a resolution under New
Business later this evening. There being no further questions or comments, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
