Plan Commission Minutes PC-04-07-PH PLAN COMMISSIIN PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD APRIL 7, 1998, 6:55 P.M. Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.07 (7) of the City of Muskego Ordinance for the purpose of continued mining and processing sand and gravel, extension of the accessory use (portable asphalt plant) located on the NW corner of Crowbar Road and Janesville Road (CTH L). Upon the petition of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for Renewal of Conditional Use for the purpose of continued mining and processing sand and gravel, extension of the accessory use (portable asphalt plant).. Present were Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioner’s Gummer, Vitt, Schaumberg, Hulbert and Assistant Planner Trejo. Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 6:59 P.M., and explained the petition. Assistant Planner Trejo stated that petitioner will continue operation as in the past. No complaints have been received by the Planning Office. Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioners if they wished to speak on this matter: the petitioner had no further comments. At this time, Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none. Mayor De Angelis read a letter from Ms. Karen L. Schuh, Town of Vernon, that was received April 1, 1998. Ms. Schuh stated in the letter that the Town of Vernon has no objection to the renewal of the Conditional Use for the Payne & Dolan property located on W217 S8425 Crowbar Road. Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments. There were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business later this evening.
