PLAN COMMISSIIN PUBLIC HEARING
MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD MAY 5, 1998, 6:55 P.M.
Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance for
the purpose of a sales and service establishment for automobiles, more specifically a
150 car, used car dealership.
Upon the petition of Robert Anton for a Conditional Use for the purpose of a sales and
service establishment for automobiles, more specifically a 150 used car dealership.
Present were Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioner’s Gummer, Smith,
Schaumberg, Hulbert and Planning Director Sadowski.
Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the
Open Meetings Law.
Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 6:57 P.M.
Director Sadowski stated that petitioner had faxed letter to Plan Department asking to
be deferred until the May 19, 1998 Place Commission Meeting. Petitioner needed
more time to investigate soil on site.
At this time, Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience that would not be

able to attend the May 19 meeting for their input of concerns, questions, comments,
etc.
Mr. Jim Ross, Hillendale Drive, addressed Commission as to where the car dealership
stands at this time. He had concerns regarding the rezoning which took place at
Common Council two weeks prior to this meeting. Mr. Ross asked Mayor to explain the
procedure if this Conditional Use gets approval. Mr. Ross also stated he was not in
favor of this car dealership at this location.
Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments. There
were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard at the next Plan
Commission on May 19, 1998 at 6:55 P.M. There being no further questions or
comments, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:04 P.M.
