Plan Commission Minutes PC-08-04-PH1 PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD AUGUST 4, 1998, 6:55 P.M. Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of a homed for the aged, more specifically a 24 family for elderly residents. Upon the petition of Bill Seno of New Markets, Inc. for a Conditional Use for the purpose of a homed for the aged, more specifically a 24 family for elderly residents. Present were Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioner’s Gummer, Smith, Schaumberg, Hulbert and Planning and Zoning Assistant Trejo. Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 7:00 P.M., and explained the petition. Planning and Zoning Assistant Trejo stated that Plan Commission approved conceptual BSO with three conditions: 1. Rezoning the property from B-1 to RSM/OIP. 2. Increase land area to accommodate density for 24 units. 3. Approval of a conditional use. Petitioner’s proposing a two story, 24 unit facility to be for elderly residents, with 14 one- bedroom units, and 10 two bedroom units on a 2.56 acre site. The elevations include a prairie style architecture, with low base shown as brick, a mid band of textured cement siding and top band as stucco, with an asphalt shingled roof. Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioner if they wished to speak on this matter. The petitioner, Mr. Bill Seno, expressed that he agreed with most of staff comments and would prefer to discuss this item later in the meeting. Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments. There were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business later this evening.
