Plan Commission Minutes PC-11-03-PH1 PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD NOVEMBER 03, 1998, 6:55 P.M. Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance for an animal hospital, more specifically a pet store at the property addressed as S75 W17321 Janesville Road. Upon the petition of Jerry Hoeft, for a Conditional Use for the purpose of an animal hospital, more specifically a pet store. Present were Alderman Salentine, Engineer Zoppa, Commissioner’s Gummer, Smith, Schaumberg, Hulbert and Planning Director Sadowski. Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. Alderman Salentine declared the Hearing open at 6:55 P.M., and briefly explained the petition. Director Sadowski stated that petitioner’s requesting to partition off the western half of the Builder’s Carpet tenant space and locate a pet store in this new area. A Conditional Use is required as animals will be living in this area. The pet store would include the sale of birds, fish, reptiles and small mammals along with pet and outdoor supplies. Alderman Salentine asked the petitioner if they wished to speak on this matter. The petitioner, Mr. Jerry Hoeft, expressed that he agreed with staff comments. Alderman Salentine asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments. There were none. Alderman Salentine stated that this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business later this evening.
