PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD JUNE 17, 1997 6:55 P.M.
Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance for the purpose of a Two Family Residence (Mother-In-Law Unit).
Upon the petition of Marilyn Bednarski, for conditional use grant for a two(2)
family residence for the property located at W140 S9127 Boxhorn Drive.
Present were Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioner’s Vitt,
Schaumberg, Gummer and Director Sadowski.
Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance
with the Open Meetings Law.
Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 7:00 P.M., and explained the
petition.
Director Sadowski stated that petitioner is requesting a Mother-In-Law Unit. The
existing structure is set-up as a Mother-In-Law although it is currently
recognized as a single family home. Petitioner is requesting a conditional use to
record existing residence.
Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioners if they wished to speak on this matter:
They did not wish to speak.
At this time, Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address
the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There
were none.
Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments.
There were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard
through a resolution under New Business later this evening. There being no
further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:03 P.M.
