Plan Commission Minutes 07-01PH PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD JULY 01, 1997 6:55 P.M. Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of a Two Family Residence (Mother-In-Law Unit). Upon the petition of Knutson Bros., Inc. agent for Jack Galkowski, for conditional use grant for a two(2) family residence for the property located at S70 W17235 Kirkwood Drive. Present were Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioner’s Vitt, Smith, Schaumberg and Director Sadowski. Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance with the Open Meetings Law. Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 7:00 P.M., and explained the petition. Director Sadowski stated that petitioner has applied for building and zoning permit for an expansion/renovation to the existing home. The lower basement level was being converted to a Mother-In-Law Unit. The permits will not be issued until Plan Commission approval is received. Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioners if they wished to speak on this matter: Their representative from Knutson Bros. did not wish to speak. At this time, Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc. There were none. Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments. There were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard through a resolution under New Business later this evening.
