PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD AUGUST 05, 1997 6:55 P.M.
Conditional Use in accordance with Section 6.03 of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance for a lumber and building supply yard.
Upon the petition of Randy Rozman for an Amendment of a Conditional Use for
a lumber and building supply yard, more specifically a hardware and lumber
store at the property located at S82 S20411 Janesville Road.
Present were Mayor De Angelis, Commissioner’s Smith, Gummer, Schaumberg,
Hulbert and Director Sadowski.
Secretary reported that the Public Hearing was properly noticed in accordance
with the Open Meetings Law.
Mayor De Angelis declared the Hearing open at 7:00 P.M., and explained the
petition.
Director Sadowski gave an overview of the petitioner’s request to build a
hardware store and supply yard.
Mayor De Angelis asked the petitioners if they wished to speak on this matter:
Mr. Rozman did not wish to speak.
At this time, Mayor De Angelis asked for members in the audience to address
the Commission with their input of concerns, questions, comments, etc.
Mr. Chester Spitzner addressed Commission requesting what type of drainage
impact if any, this proposal would have on his property.
Mayor De Angelis said all drainage will be directed west for all new areas.
Mayor De Angelis asked if anyone else in the audience had any comments.
There were none. Mayor De Angelis stated that this matter would be heard
through a resolution under New Business later this evening. There being no
further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
