CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Community Development Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 051-2009 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Spitzner property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2227.988.018 / W199 S8466 Woods Road). RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2009 – Approval of a Two Lot Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the George Maciosek Sr. property located in the NE ¼ of Section 25 in the Town Of Vernon. NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the Community Development Department and are recommended for individual consideration. RESOLUTION #P.C. 044-2009 – Approval of an annual review for Schaefer Snowplowing and Grading LLC located in the NW ¼ of Section 29 (W195 S9775 Racine Avenue / Tax Key No. 2274.998). RESOLUTION #P.C. 045-2009 – Approval for an annual review for short term vacation rental of a home on Little Muskego Lake located in the NW ¼ of Section 9 and the SW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2175.996 / W187 S7160 Gold Drive).
