RESOLUTION #P.C. 037-2008 - Recommendation to Common Council for a 2010 Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment from Rural Density Residential to Medium Density Residential located in the NW ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2190.994.027 / Hillendale Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 065-2008 – Approval of a Moratorium on Land Divisions, 2010 Map Amendments, and Rezoning Petitions for Certain Properties Primarily Consisting of Rural, Agricultural, and Conservation Properties in the City of Muskego. OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein. None. CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 071-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to vacate right-of- way located in the SW ¼ of Section 2 (Koso Drive west of Golden Country Drive / Petitioner: Jim Casper). RESOLUTION #P.C. 072-2008 – Approval of a One Lot Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the Michael Malchine property located in the SW ¼ of Section 14 in the Town Of Norway. NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration. RESOLUTION #P.C. 066-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties from EA/OWP (Exclusive Agriculture District with a Wellhead Protection Overlay) to PD (Planned Development District) located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2185.998, 2190.995, & 2190.996 / Field Drive). Plan Commission Agenda, continued August 5, 2008 RESOLUTION #P.C. 068-2008 – Approval of an annual review for Schaefer Snowplowing and Grading LLC located in the NW ¼ of Section 29 (W195 S9775 Racine Avenue / Tax Key No. 2274.998). RESOLUTION #P.C. 069-2008 – Approval for an annual review for short term vacation rental of a home on Little Muskego Lake located in the NW ¼ of Section 9 and the SW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2175.996 / W187 S7160 Gold Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 070-2008 – Approval of the selected firm for the design, fabrication, and installation of the Moorland Road Gateway Sign. RESOLUTION #P.C. 074-2008 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan for Pick ‘n Save located in the W ½ of Section 10 (Tax Key No. 2199.999.065 / S74 W17005 Janesville Road). DOCKET #P.C. 097-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Jeffrey Jasicki property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 (Tax Key No. 2206.998.017 / Sherwood Circle).
