APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 5, 2008 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 068-2008 – Approval of an annual review for Schaefer Snowplowing
and Grading LLC located in the NW ¼ of Section 29 (W195 S9775 Racine Avenue / Tax Key
No. 2274.998).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 070-2008 – Approval of the selected firm for the design, fabrication,
and installation of the Moorland Road Gateway Sign.
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 066-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from EA/OWP (Exclusive Agriculture District with a Wellhead Protection Overlay) to PD
(Planned Development District) located in the NE ¼ of Section 7 and the NW ¼ of Section 8
(Tax Key Nos. 2185.998, 2190.996, & 2190.995 / Field Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2008 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan
for G&G Power Sports located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2192.084.001 / W191
S7757 Racine Avenue).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 079-2008 – Approval of a second accessory structure for the Szopinski
property located in the SE ¼ of Section 34 (Tax Key No. 2296.994.004 / S110 W16126
Union Church Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 080-2008 – Approval of a second shed for Nicholas Vieira located in
the NW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key 2174.165 / W183 S6581 Jewel Crest Drive).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 051-2008 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan,
a Certified Survey Map, and a Condominium Plat for the Aud-Mar Development located in the
NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79 W15851 Aud Mar Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 075-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from RS-1 Suburban Residence District to BP-1 (Business and Office Park Support District)
and be granted a 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential to
Business Park and be granted a rezoning from B-3 (General Business District) to BP-1
(Business & Office park Support District) located in the NE ¼ of Section 3 (Tax Key No.
2169.999.001/ Moorland Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 077-2008 – Approval of a metal accessory structure for Tony Truett
located in the NE ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No. 2209.960 / S81 W12469 Hi View Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 078-2008 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan
for Muskego Lakes Country Club located in the NE ¼ of Section 26 (Tax Key No. 2261.978 /
S100 W142020 Loomis Road).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future
meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and
Wisconsin Statutes.
DOCKET #P.C. 097-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Jeffrey
Jasicki property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 (Tax Key No. 2206.998.017 / Sherwood
Circle).
DOCKET #P.C. 081-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties from
RSE (Suburban Estate District) to I-1 (Government, Institution, and Public Service District)
and also be granted a 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential
to Government and Institutional located in the NE ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No. 2209.999 /
North Cape Road).
