APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 2, 2008 MEETING
PUBLIC HEARING For a Conditional Use in accordance with Section 14 of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance for the purpose of the sales of personal recreational vehicles (snowmobiles,
motorcycles, ATV’s, and personal watercraft) for Adrenaline Powersports LLC located in the
SW ¼ of Section 16 (Tax Key 2223.001 / S83 W18410 Saturn Drive).
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 051-2008 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation
Plan, a Certified Survey Map, and a Condominium Plat for the Aud-Mar Development located
in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79 W15851 Aud Mar Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 070-2008 – Approval of the selected firm for the design, fabrication,
and installation of the Moorland Road Gateway Sign.
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 066-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from EA/OWP (Exclusive Agriculture District with a Wellhead Protection Overlay) to PD
(Planned Development District) located in the NE ¼ of Section 7 and the NW ¼ of Section 8
(Tax Key Nos. 2185.998, 2190.996, & 2190.995 / Field Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 084-2008 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Brodel
Trust property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 31 (Tax Key No. 2283.997 / W216 S10921
Crowbar Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 085-2008 – Approval of a Four Lot Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map
for the Mark Cartwright property located in the SE ¼ and NE ¼ of Section 25 in the Town Of
Vernon.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 087-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to amend Chapter
14 of the Municipal Code relating to floodplain regulations.
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 081-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from RSE (Suburban Estate District) to I-1 (Government, Institution, and Public Service
District) and also be granted a 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density
Residential to Government and Institutional located in the NE ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No.
2209.999 / North Cape Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 082-2008 – Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan for Bush
Gardens located in the SW ¼ of Section 2 (Former Atonement Lutheran Church property /
Tax Key No. 2167.998.002 / S68 W14891 Janesville Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 086-2008 – Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan and a
Conditional Use Grant (CUG) for Adrenaline Powersports LLC located in the SW ¼ of
Section 16 (Tax Key 2223.001 / S83 W18410 Saturn Drive).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future
meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and
Wisconsin Statutes.

Jasicki property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 (Tax Key No. 2206.998.017 / Sherwood

Commerce Center West property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 3 (Tax Key Nos.
