APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 7, 2008 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 066-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from EA/OWP (Exclusive Agriculture District with a Wellhead Protection Overlay) to PD
(Planned Development District) located in the NE ¼ of Section 7 and the NW ¼ of Section 8
(Tax Key Nos. 2185.998, 2190.996, & 2190.995 / Field Drive).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.

CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.

the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 090-2008 – Approval of an Accessory Structure for Thomas Cappaert
located in the SW ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key No. 2255.999.001 / S91 W13311 Boxhorn
Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 088-2008 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from RS-1 (Suburban Residence District) to BP-3 (Business Park District) and from BP-1
(Business & Office Park Support District) to BP-3 (Business Park District) located in the NE ¼
of Section 3 and the NW ¼ of Section 2 (Tax Key Nos. 2169.999.001 & 2166.997 / Moorland
Road).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
