OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.

OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 133-2006 - Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan
Amendment for M & I Bank located in the SW ¼ of Section 2 (Tax Key No. 2167.995.015 /
Janesville Road and Moorland Road).

Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 001-2007 - Approval of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for the Woods of
Still Water Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 13 and the NE ¼ of Section 14 in the
Town of Waterford.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 002-2007 - Approval of an Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the
Link property located in the SW ¼ of Section 27 in the Town of Vernon.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 135-2006 - Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from B-4/OPD/OWP (Highway Business District with a Planned Development Overlay with a
Wellhead Protection Overlay) and RS-2/OIP/OWP (Suburban Residence District with a
Institution and Public Service Overlay with a Wellhead Protection Overlay) to B-4/OPD/OWP
zoning (Highway Business District with a Planned Development Overlay with a Wellhead
Protection Overlay) for the Parkland View Development located in the NW ¼ of Section 10
(Tax Key Nos. 2198.991.002, 2198.991.003, & 2198.992 / Janesville Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 004-2007 - Recommendation to Common Council to repeal and
recreate Chapter 17 Zoning Code and the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 005-2007 - Recommendation to Common Council to amend the 2010

for the Meinen/Swan properties located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key Nos.
2225.999.008 & 2225.999.011 / S82 W19362 Apollo Drive & S82 W19480 Apollo Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 009-2007 - Approval of an Accessory Structure for Bart Achtenhagen
located in the SW ¼ of Section 7 (Tax Key No. 2187.996 / W219 S7768 Crowbar Drive).
