OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.

OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 020-2007 - Recommendation to Common Council for zoning
amendment to PD-42 (Basse Planned Development) located in the NE ¼ of Section 10 (Tax
Key Nos. 2198.160 & 2198.161 / Janesville Road).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 046-2007 – Approval of an Accessory Structure for David Hein located
in the NE ¼ of Section 12 (Tax Key No. 2205.982.001 / S72 W12403 Tess Corners Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 048-2007 – Approval of a Mother-In-Law unit for the Peterson property
located in the SW ¼ of Section 32 (Tax Key No. 2287.016.006 / W108 S19889 Charles
Court).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 036-2007 – Approval of an Annual Review for G & G Specialized
Carriers LLC located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2225.999.011 / Apollo Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 039–2007 – Approval of an Annual Review for the Rusdahl property
located in the NW ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No. 2210.989.001 / W135 S8266 Durham
Drive).
