APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 3, 2007 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 042-2007 - Approval of an amended Preliminary Plat for Belle Chasse
Subdivision located in the SE ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 11 (Tax Key Nos. 2203.990,
2203.990.001, & 2204.996 / Durham Drive).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.

CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 055-2007 – Approval of an Accessory Structure for Jesse Gaengel
located in the SW ¼ of Section 6 (Tax Key No. 2183.999.001 / S67 W21247 Tans Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 053-2007 – Approval of a Certified Survey Map for the Rupp property
located in the NE ¼ of Section 18 (Tax Key No. 2229.993 / W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2007 – Approval of a Certified Survey Map for the Matt Pell
Properties, LLC property located in the SW ¼ of Section 32 in the City of Muskego and in the
NW ¼ of Section 5 in the Town of Norway (Tax Key No. 2287.985.002 / Racine Avenue).
#P.C. 054-2007 – Discussion and Guidance for a Conceptual Land Division for the
James/Dovic property located in the NW ¼ of Section 14 (Tax Key No. 2214.997 / Mystic
Drive).
