OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
None.
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.

CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 068-2005 – Approval of a two lot Certified Survey Map for the Posbrig
property located in the SW ¼ of Section 21 (Tax Key Nos. 2273.999.001 and 2243.992.001 /
Parker Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 066-2007 – Approval of an Accessory Structure for Patrick and Patricia
Krupinski located in the NW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2174.016 / S64 W18118 Martin
Drive).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 060-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from RC-2 (Country Residence District) and RC-3 (Country Residence District) to a Planned
Development District (Using the RS-2 District as a base) for a future subdivision known as
Wildflower Farms located in the NE ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Keys Nos. 2253.998.003 & 2253.998
/ North Cape Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from BL-2 (Lakeshore Business District) to RM-2 (Multiple Family Residence District) and to
RS-3 (Suburban Residence District) for a future development known as Historic Aud Mar
