APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 5, 2007 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
None.
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from BL-2 (Lakeshore Business District) to RM-2 (Multiple Family Residence District) and to
RS-3 (Suburban Residence District) for a future development known as Historic Aud Mar
Subdivision and Condos located in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79
W15851 Aud Mar Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 063-2007 – Approval of a Three Lot Certified Survey Map for the
Hoormann property located in the SW ¼ of Section 11 (Tax Key Nos. 2203.995.006,
2203.988.001, & 2203.995.003 / S77 W15455 Woods Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 070-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for amendments to
the Chapter 18 Land Division Ordinance Sections 18.50 and 18.90.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 074-2007 – Approval of a Four Lot Certified Survey Map for the Kindler
property located in the NW ¼ of Section 31 (Tax Key Nos. 2282.996 & 2282.995 / Kelsey
Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 075-2007 – Approval of a Three Lot Certified Survey Map for the
Kindler property located in the NW ¼ of Section 31 (Tax Key Nos. 2282.996 & 2282.995 /
Kelsey Drive).

(Suburban Estate District) and SW (Shoreland Wetland District) for a future development
known as Edgewater Heights located in the North ½ of Section 21 (Tax Key No. 2241.999).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 071-2007 – Approval of a Four Lot Certified Survey Map for the
James/Dovic property located in the NW ¼ of Section 14 (Tax Key No. 2214.997 / Mystic
Drive & Bass Bay Lane).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 072-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the
James/Dovic property located in the NW ¼ of Section 14 (Tax Key No. 2214.997 / Mystic

RESOLUTION #P.C. 073-2007 – Approval for the sale of fireworks for Vince and Heather

DOCKET #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone/reconfigure
properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family Residence District),
