None. OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein. RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties from BL-2 (Lakeshore Business District) to RM-2 (Multiple Family Residence District) and to RS-3 (Suburban Residence District) for a future development known as Historic Aud Mar Subdivision and Condos located in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79 W15851 Aud Mar Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for adjustment of zoning lines for properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family Residence District), and A-1 (Agricultural District) for a future Multiple Family and Commercial development located in the West ½ of Section 25 and the East ½ of Section 26 (Tax Key Nos. 2259.997, 2264.999, & 2261.978.001 / Loomis Road). CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. DOCKET #P.C. 080-2007 – Approval of an Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for Foxwater Bay Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford. DOCKET #P.C. 081-2007 – Approval of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for Foxwater Bay Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford. NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
