APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 17, 2007 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for adjustment of
zoning lines for properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family
Residence District), and A-1 (Agricultural District) for a future Multiple Family and Commercial
development located in the West ½ of Section 25 and the East ½ of Section 26 (Tax Key
Nos. 2259.997, 2264.999, & 2261.978.001 / Loomis Road).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from BL-2 (Lakeshore Business District) to RM-2 (Multiple Family Residence District) and to
RS-3 (Suburban Residence District) for a future development known as Historic Aud Mar
Subdivision and Condos located in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79
W15851 Aud Mar Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 077-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Michael
Knudsen property located in the NW ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2190.994.025/ Hillendale
Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 080-2007 – Approval of an Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for Foxwater
Bay Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 081-2007 – Approval of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for Foxwater Bay
Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 12, Town of Waterford.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 082-2007 – Recommendations to Common Council for amendments to
Chapter 18 Land Division Ordinance Sections 18.22, 18.31(2)e., 18.32(1)(h), and
18.32(2)(h).

Baranowski property located in the SW ¼ of Section 13 in the Town of Waterford.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 085-2007 – Approval of Seven (7) Extraterritorial Certified Survey Maps
for the L & T Development, LLC. property located in the NE ¼ of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford.

NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 083-2007 – Recommendations to Common Council for amendments to
Chapter 41 Comprehensive Plan Ordinance Section 41.06 and adoption of the new Park and
Conservation Plan for the City of Muskego, 2007-2011.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 087-2007 –Approval for an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
for Beef O’ Brady’s located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2192.970 / W189 S7761
Racine Ave).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future
meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and
Wisconsin Statutes.
