APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 7, 2007 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR RECONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been brought
back by the Chairman for reconsideration, if Planning Commission agrees, due to possible new
information being presented.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for adjustment of
zoning lines for properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family
Residence District), and A-1 (Agricultural District) for a future Multiple Family and Commercial
development located in the West ½ of Section 25 and the East ½ of Section 26 (Tax Key
Nos. 2259.997, 2264.999, & 2261.978.001 / Loomis Road).
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties
from BL-2 (Lakeshore Business District) to RM-2 (Multiple Family Residence District) and to
RS-3 (Suburban Residence District) for a future development known as Historic Aud Mar
Subdivision and Condos located in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.999.002 / S79
W15851 Aud Mar Drive).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.

CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 088-2007 – Approval of an annual review for Schaefer Snowplowing
and Grading LLC located in the NW ¼ of Section 29 (W195 S9775 Racine Avenue / Tax Key
No. 2274.998).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 091-2007 – Approval of an Accessory Structure for David Helm located
in the NW ¼ of Section 14 (Tax Key No. 2214.999.002 / W151 S8010 Mystic Drive).

RESOLUTION #P.C. 093-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for David
Scholfield and Michael Plumley located in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 (Tax Key No. 2164.997 /
S69 W12770 Woods Road).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 092-2007 – Approval of a City owned property sale to Steve
Dombrowski located in the NW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2174.130 / W184 S6549 Ruby
Drive).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future
meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and
Wisconsin Statutes.
DOCKET #P.C. 089-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Michael
Lawlis property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 (Tax Key No. 2204.998 / W145 S7644
Durham Drive).
DOCKET #P.C. 090-2007 – Approval of a Preliminary Plat for Wildflower Farms Subdivision
located in the NE ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key Nos. 2253.998.003 & 2253.998 / Durham Drive).
