RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for adjustment of zoning lines for properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family Residence District), and A-1 (Agricultural District) for a future Multiple Family and Commercial development located in the West ½ of Section 25 and the East ½ of Section 26 (Tax Key Nos. 2259.997, 2264.999, & 2261.978.001 / Loomis Road). CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 089-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Michael Lawlis property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 (Tax Key No. 2204.998 / W145 S7644 Durham Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 098-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the James Blixt property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 25 (Tax Key No. 2259.995.003 / S101 W13704 Loomis Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 099-2007 – Approval of Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the Bowersock property located in the NW ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 10 in the Town of Norway. DOCKET #P.C. 094-2007 - Approval of Conditional Use Grant for the purpose of defining a barn as a Rustic Structure on the Ricco property located in the SW ¼ of Section 26 (W151 S10178 Thode Drive / Tax Key No. 2263.998.003). DOCKET #P.C. 095-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone a property from RS-2 (Suburban Residence District) to B-2 (Local Service Center District) for a future commercial carwash development located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (S79 W18937 Janesville Road /Tax Key No. 2225.999.002). DOCKET #P.C. 096-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to remove Section 8.27(3)D of the Chapter 17 zoning ordinance relating to off-street parking.
