APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 2, 2007 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 076-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council for adjustment of
zoning lines for properties zoned B-4 (Highway Business District), RM-1 (Multiple Family
Residence District), and A-1 (Agricultural District) for a future Multiple Family and Commercial
development located in the West ½ of Section 25 and the East ½ of Section 26 (Tax Key
Nos. 2259.997, 2264.999, & 2261.978.001 / Loomis Road).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 089-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Michael
Lawlis property located in the SE ¼ of Section 11 (Tax Key No. 2204.998 / W145 S7644
Durham Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C.100-2007 – Approval of an additional accessory structure for Ken
Whitehouse located in the NW ¼ of Section 7 (Tax Key No. 2186.991 / W219 S7368 Crowbar
Dr).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 101-2007 – Approval of an additional accessory structure for Jim Kindler
located in the NW ¼ of Section 31 (Tax Key No. 2282.995.002 / W216 S10621 Crowbar Dr).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 090-2007 – Approval of a Preliminary Plat for Wildflower Farms
Subdivision located in the NE ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key Nos. 2253.998.003 & 2253.998 /
North Cape Road).

RESOLUTION #P.C. 094-2007 - Approval of Conditional Use Grant for the purpose of
defining a barn as a Rustic Structure on the Ricco property located in the SW ¼ of Section 26
(W151 S10178 Thode Drive / Tax Key No. 2263.998.003).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 095-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone a property
from RS-2 (Suburban Residence District) to B-2 (Local Service Center District) for a future
commercial carwash development located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (S79 W18937 Janesville
Road /Tax Key No. 2225.999.002).
NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each
case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future
meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and
Wisconsin Statutes.
DOCKET #P.C. 096-2007 – Recommendation to Common Council to remove Section
8.27(3)D of the Chapter 17 zoning ordinance relating to off-street parking.
DOCKET #P.C. 097-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Jeffrey
Jasicki property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 (Tax Key No.2206.998.017).
DOCKET #P.C. 102-2007 – Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan for Kuehn
Enterprises LLC located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2225.999.012).
