APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 6, 2007 MEETING
PUBLIC HEARING for a Conditional Use in accordance with Section 14 of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance for the purpose of allowing a lake home to be used for short-term vacation rentals located
in the NW ¼ of Section 9 and the SW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2175.996 / W187 S7160 Gold
Drive).
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by the
Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual consideration.

OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they
have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross.
However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 089-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Michael
Lawlis property located in the SE ¼ of Section 11 (Tax Key No. 2204.998 / W145 S7644 Durham
Drive).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department
and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 108-2007 – Approval of a Two Lot Certified Survey Map for the Kevin
Malchine property located in the SW ¼ of Section 34 (Tax Key No. 2295.999.004 / Loomis Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 111-2007 – Approval of an Amendment to a Building, Site, and Operation
Plan for Verizon Wireless for a back-up generator located in the NE ¼ of Section 2 (Tax Key No.
2165.998.002 / W146 S6365 Tess Corners Drive).
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 110-2007 – Approval of a Conditional Use Grant for the purpose of allowing
the short term vacation rental of a home on Little Muskego Lake located in the NW ¼ of Section 9
and the SW ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key No. 2175.996 / W187 S7160 Gold Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-2007 – Approval of wall signage for the Muskego Gateway Center
located in the SE ¼ of Section 5 (Tax Key No. 2180.994.001 / S67 W19491 Tans Drive).
