CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 009-2006 – Approval of a three lot Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the Loughney property located in the NE ¼ of Section 36 in the Town of Vernon. RESOLUTION #P.C. 010-2006 – Approval of a two lot Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the Link property located in the SW ¼ of Section 27 in the Town of Vernon. RESOLUTION #P.C. 013-2006 – Approval of a two lot Certified Survey Map for the Leonard property located in the NW ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key No. 2254.999 / Priegel Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 017-2006 – Approval of a two lot Certified Survey Map for the Henneberry property located in the NE ¼ of Section 29 (Tax Key No. 2273.998 / Racine Avenue). Plan Commission Agenda, continued February 7, 2006 RESOLUTION #P.C. 012-2006 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone land from A Agricultural District to B-4 Highway Business District and Approval of a Conceptual Conditional Use Grant for a Gas Station for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 34 (Tax Key No. 2293.996.001 / Loomis Road). RESOLUTION #P.C. 014-2006 – Approval of a Conceptual Subdivision Plat for the DeBack Property to be known as Crystal Lake Addition #1 located in the SE ¼ of Section 32 (Tax Key No. 2287.999).
