OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.

OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 014-2006 – Approval of a Conceptual Subdivision Plat for the DeBack
Property to be known as Crystal Lake Addition #1 located in the SE ¼ of Section 32 (Tax Key
No. 2287.999).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 018-2006 – Approval of the Forest Glen Subdivision Street Tree and
Landscape Plan located in the NW ¼ of Section 10 (Janesville Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 026-2006 – Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan for the
Engel Conservation property located in Section 20 (Tax Key Nos. 2238.992, 2238.993,
2237.995, 2237.996, & 2237.997 / Henneberry Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 027-2006 – Approval of a Building, Site, and Operation Plan for the
Park Arthur located in NE ¼ of Section 4 (Tax Key Nos. 2173.994, 2173.994.001, 2173.993,
2173.991.003, & 2173.991.002 / Martin Drive/College Avenue).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 028-2006 – Recommendation to Common Council to repeal and re-
create parts of Chapter 14 (Floodplain Ordinance) relating to floodplain regulations and to
amend Zoning Code Section 17:3.08(4)h relating to the number of votes needed to
grant/deny a variance through the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Section 24 (Tax Key Nos. 2255.979 and 2255.998 / Ryan Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 003-2006 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone land from
RS-2 Suburban Residence District to RS-3/OPD Suburban Residence District with a Planned
Development Overlay District for the future Belle Chasse Subdivision located in the SE ¼
and SW ¼ of Section 11 (Tax Key Nos. 2203.990, 2203.990.001, & 2204.996 / Durham
Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 015-2006 – Approval of a Final Plat for the Woodland Creek Estates
Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of Section 21 and the NE ¼ of Section 20 (Tax Key Nos.
