APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 4, 2006 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual
consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 042–2006 – Approval of an Annual Review for the Rusdahl property
located in the NW ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No. 2210.989.001 / W135 S8266 Durham
Drive).
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been
deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and
determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are
recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any
item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 014-2006 – Approval of a Conceptual Subdivision Plat for the DeBack
Property to be known as Crystal Lake Addition #1 located in the SE ¼ of Section 32 (Tax Key
No. 2287.999).
CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning
Department and are recommended for approval en gross.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 057-2006 – Approval of an Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for
Kindler property located in the SE ¼ of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford.
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by
the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 064-2006 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan
for Ralph W. Raush at the property located at S83 W18550 Saturn Drive (Tax Key No.
2223.003 / Lake & Country Storage).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 065-2006 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan
for Waukesha State Bank located at S69 W15273 Janesville Road (Tax Key No.
2167.995.013).
