RESOLUTION #P.C. 083-2006 – Approval of an amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan for the Willow Pond Apartments located in the SW ¼ of Section 9 (Tax Key Nos. 2195.981.002, 2195.981.004, & 2195.981.006).
