RESOLUTION #P.C. 173-2003 – Approval of a two lot Certified Survey Map of the Kraussel property located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2192.976). OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein. RESOLUTION #P.C. 156-2003 – Approval of a sketch preliminary plat for Golf View Estates located in the SW ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key No. 2255.979 / Ryan Road). CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 001-2004 – Approval of signs for the Muskego Health and Wellness Center located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (W188 S7830 Racine Avenue/Tax Key No. 2192.980.005). NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration. RESOLUTION #P.C. 167-2003 – Approval of a Preliminary Plat of Northfield Green, recommendation to vacate prior Common Council Resolution of Intent to rezone all of Lot 143 of Quietwood Creek to the B-3 / OPD General Business District with Planned Development Overlay District, recommendation to amend the 2010 Comprehensive Plan from Commercial to Attached Single Family and Commercial, and recommendation to Common Council to rezone Lot 143 of Quietwood Creek from RS-2 Suburban Residence District to RSA Attached Single Family Residence District and B-2 Local Service Center District, located in the SE ¼ of Section 3 and NE ¼ of Section 10 (Tax Key No. 2197.249.002 / Janesville Road). RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-2003 – Recommendation to Common Council to adopt the Sustainable Economic Development Strategic Plan 2003. *RESOLUTION #P.C. 002-2004 – Recommendation to Common Council to enact a 90 day extension to a moratorium on Land Divisions, Rezoning Petitions, and Building Site and Operation Plan approvals, to apply to properties which are currently zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence District and RSE Suburban Estate District (Tax Key Nos. 2166.997, 2169.990, 2169.996, 2166.999, 2169.992, 2169.998, 2169.986, Plan Commission Agenda, continued January 20, 2004 2169.993, 2169.999, 2169.987, 2169.994, 2172.998, 2169.988, 2169.995, 2172.998.002, 2169.989, 2169.995.001, 2172.999, 2169.991, 2169.997, 2166.998).
