APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 3, 2002 MEETING
OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan
Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 155–2002 – Recommendation to Common Council to create Section 17:8.30 of
the Municipal Code, to establish to HC-1 Tess Corners Historic Crossroad District as Recommended
by the Mayors Task Force on Economic Development.
OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by
the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they
have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross.
However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 172–2001 – Approval of a conceptual Building Site and Operation Plan for
Muskego Energy Center LLC located in the NE ¼ of Section 13, T5N R19E (Part of Tax Key No.
2065.999 / Crowbar Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 075–2002 – Approval of a Building Site and Operation plan a multi tenant
industrial building for the Borchardt property located in the NW ¼ of Section 16 (Tax Key No.
2221.016.001 / W185 S8095 Racine Avenue).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 156–2002 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone properties to the
HC-1 Tess Corners Historic Crossroad District as Recommended by the Mayors Task Force on
Economic Development.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 157–2002 – Approval of the Tess Corners Design Guide as Recommended by
the Mayors Task Force on Economic Development, and recommendation of same to the Common
Council.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 158–2002 – Designating The Proposed Boundaries And Approving A Project
Plan For Tax Incremental District No. 9 City Of Muskego, Wisconsin.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 144–2002 – Approval of a Building Site and Operation Plan for Pro Waste LLC

Cottingham Trust property located in the SE ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 13, Town of Norway (Six Mile
Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 175–2002 – Approval of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for the Wong
property located in the SE ¼ of Section 1, Town of Waterford.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 001–2003 – Approval of Street Tree and Landscape Plans for Prairie Meadows
Subdivision on the Lang Property located in the SW ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key No. 2256.986 / North
Cape Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 002–2003 – Recommendation to Common Council to amend Section 17:4.01(1)
and 17:4.01(2) of the Zoning Ordinance relating to Establishment of Zoning Districts.
NEW BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been received by the
Planning Department and are recommended for individual consideration.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 164–2002 – Approval of a Preliminary Plat and recommendation to Common
Council to rezone lands from A Agriculture District to RS-2 / OPD Suburban Residence with Planned
Development Overlay, for Stonebridge subdivision on the Kramer Property located in the NW ¼ of
Section 25 (Tax Key No. 2258.993, 2258.993.001, and 2258.993.002 / Champions Drive).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 172–2002 – Resolution directing Planning Staff to initiate termination of
Conditional Use Grant for illuminated outdoor recreation facilities on a commercial property for the
former Moose Lodge located in the SW ¼ of Section 18, City of Muskego (Tax Key No. 2231.995 /
S86 W21693 Janesville Road).
RESOLUTION #P.C. 173–2002 – A Resolution Concurring With The Proposed Boundaries And
Project Plan For Community Development Authority Redevelopment District No. 1 City Of Muskego,
Wisconsin.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 174–2002 Recommendation of approval of a petition to rezone properties
located at the southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Janesville Road from RS-2 / OOS Suburban
Residence District with Office and Special Service Overlay District to B-2 Local Service Center
District, located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 and the NW ¼ of Section 16, for Redmond Construction
(Tax Key Nos. 2222.984.002, 2225.987, 2225.988, 2225.989, and 2225.990 / W187 S7959 Racine
Avenue, S79 W 18905 Janesville Road, S79 W18881 Janesville Road, S79 W18841 Janesville Road,

RESOLUTION #P.C. 003–2003 – Approval of the 2003-2007 Park and Open Space Plan and
Recommendation to Common Council to amend Chapter 41, Comprehensive Planning, to adopt the
same.
