RESOLUTION #P.C. 136-2003 – Approval of a Preliminary Plat for the Boxhorn Reserve Subdivision located in the NE ¼ of Section 24 (Tax Key No. 2253.999.006 / Boxhorn Drive). OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission and are recommended by the Planning Department for individual consideration. RESOLUTION #P.C. 115-2003 – Approval of a Building Site and Operation Plan and Conditional Use Grant for mini-storage District for certain land located in the SE ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 25 (Tax Key No. 2259.995.004 / Loomis Drive). OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein. None. CONSENT BUSINESS The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and are recommended for approval en gross. RESOLUTION #P.C. 140-2003 – Recommendation to Common Council to amend the boundaries of the sanitary sewer Reserve Capacity Assessment District located in Section 13 and Section 24. RESOLUTION #P.C. 141-2003 – Reapproval of a sketch land division for the Switala property located in the NE ¼ of Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2217.947.001 / Conical Lane). RESOLUTION #P.C. 144-2003 – Approval of a wall sign for Emteq located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax Key No. 2225.999.003 / S81 W10979 Apollo Drive). RESOLUTION #P.C. 145-2003 – Approval of a temporary Building Site and Operation Plan for the sale of Christmas trees at the Muskego Center, located in the SE ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key No. 2192.970 / Racine Avenue). RESOLUTION #P.C. 146-2003 – Approval of a Building Site and Operation Plan for Wanderlust Coffee Gallery for the reuse of an existing commercial building located in the SW ¼ of Section 16 (Tax Key No. 2223.990 / W182 S8686 Racine Avenue). RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-2003 – Approval of a Certified Survey Map for the Simon Group property located in the NE ¼ of Section 13 (Tax Key No. 2209.930 / North Cape Road). NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE The following agenda items have been received by the Planning Department and assigned case numbers. Planning Department staff will review each case in the order received and will present each item for consideration by Resolution at future meetings in the order received, subject to the time frames provided by Municipal Code and Wisconsin Statutes.
