RESOLUTION #P.C. 075–2002 – Approval of a Building Site and Operation plan a multi tenant industrial building for the Borchardt property located in the NW ¼ of Section 16 (Tax Key No. 2221.016.001 / W185 S8095 Racine Avenue). OLD BUSINESS SCHEDULED FOR DEFERRAL The following agenda items have been deferred by the Plan Commission. Planning Department staff have reviewed each case and determined that they have not met one or more specific criteria for approval and are recommended for deferral en gross. However, the Plan Commission may take action on any item herein. RESOLUTION #P.C. 083–2002 – Recommendation to Common Council to rezone property acquired for Freedom Square stormwater pond expansion from RS-2/RSA/B-4 to RS-2-OIP / B-4, and amend the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to depict Institutional Use of the northerly 500 feet of the parcel located in the NW ¼ of Section 10 (Tax Key No. 2198.991 / Janesville Road).
