Sub-committee Meeting

Director Anderson called the sub-committee meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board (Board), City of
Muskego, to order at 3:35 p.m.
The meeting notice was posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on Thursday, June 14, 2007.
Those in attendance included Mr. Jerald Hulbert, Mr. Kelly Koble, Alderperson Tracy Snead, Mr. David Burch
from Bonestroo, Parks & Recreation Director Craig Anderson, and Recreation Program Manager Tammy Dunn
(3:47 p.m.).
BUSINESS:
Park Arthur Master Plan
Discussion took place on what scope of services could be reduce along with the associated costs without
affecting the integrity of the Master Plan for Park Arthur. Mr. Burch went over in detail what each step in the
process involved. Bonestroo reduced the number of hours for each step in the process along with the
donation of time for the last step, Project Close Out. Staff will do some associated work in order to help
reduce the costs.
Mr. Burch will revise the Park Arthur proposal to include a new scope of services with associated costs along
with a listing of the identified work to be done by the City. The sub-committee will then recommend this
revised proposal for approval to the Parks & Recreation Board on July 9.
ADJOURNMENT - There being no further business, Mrs. Kelly Koble moved for adjournment, seconded by
Mr. Jerald Hulbert at 4:35 p.m. Upon a voice vote, the motion carried.
