STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES—November 9, 2009
CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Approval of Minutes As Authorized by Law, the Parks and
Recreation Board will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant
to:
1. Wis. Stats §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, more specifically the purchase
of public parkland.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Parks and Recreation Board will then reconvene into
open session to continue with agenda items.

Parks & Recreation Board members not able to attend the meeting should inform the
department (262-679-4108) at least a day before the meeting so that the Board may be
assured of a quorum. Please note it is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of
members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the
above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental
body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred
to above in this notice. Also, upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to
accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through appropriate aids and services.
