President Robertson called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM.

Present were President Robertson, Vice-President Konkel, Trustee Blair, Trustee Darkow,
Trustee Heinowski, Trustee Humphreys, Trustee Kangas, Trustee Schroeder, Alderman Wolfe,
and Director Larson.

Trustee Blair made a motion to approve the CONSENT AGENDA, Trustee Darkow
seconded. Motion Passed 8 in favor.
